Prevent Selecting Text using CSS

To prevent/disable html text selection , you can use the following css :

  body {
 -webkit-touch-callout: none;
 -webkit-user-select: none;
 -khtml-user-select: none;
 -moz-user-select: none;
 -ms-user-select: none;
 user-select: none;
 }
